One-on-one sessions are the most effective way to instruct clients and to address individual needs. These tailor-made Private Sessions provide a space where the student can easily communicate what is going on in their bodies. Personal interest can be met in a safe atmosphere.
Franziska chooses from a selection of practices including Yoga postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), meditation as well as Psychology to explore the mind-body-spirit connection directly on the mat.
Yoga can improve flexibility, increase the range of motion or just make you feel better in general. Discover the endless benefits of your personal practice and contact Franziska for further details. Your individual Classes start with a personal consultation to cater to the goals you seek from your own Yoga practice. Throughout the sessions, Franziska will provide you with feedback and monitor the goals you’ve decided to achieve.

Pre- / Postnatal Classes 

Walking towards motherhood is a beautiful journey with its own challenges. The body changes in ways you haven’t experienced it before. Step on your mat and enjoy guided personal sessions to soothe unpleasant side effects and to keep your body flexible throughout your pregnancy and after delivery. We will practice in the safest manner, which will ensure amazing benefits for yourself and your baby. A practice well structured and applied on a regular basis will provide you with all the skills that you need to have a unique experience on your journey. 

Stress Management 

The term stress refers to an imbalance between your demands and personal resources. Continuous high levels of stress often lead to a condition called distress, a negative stress reaction. Symptoms occurring include headaches, an upset stomach as well as insomnia or even depression – the list is long. If stress is not regulated, released or balanced in a healthy way it becomes harmful to the whole system.
One of the most effective techniques to reduces excessive stress is the training of awareness through body movements, breathing exercises and active relaxation techniques. Franziska believes that active stress reduction on a physical level goes hand in hand with guidance and counseling, focusing on daily routines and stress resources in order to target the problem at its roots. Her approach is a holistic one working on physical and mental levels to give you the best results. Stress management provides positive feelings of gaining back control over your life and general well-being.
