Online-Workshops

Are you tired of letting your current eating habits disrupt your life? Does the topic of food cause you more suffering than joy? If so, it’s time to hone in and examine your relationship with food! Find out why you might be eating in the absence of physical hunger or why you might feel unable to eat. Discover what you are truly hungry for! Together we’ll explore how yogic philosophy and practice can help understand your emotional hunger and help reconnect you to your true needs.

In this 12-hour workshop, you will learn how to consciously encounter deeply rooted issues and how to sustainably resolve the causes of your emotional cravings through a holistic yoga approach. Each of the four modules entails scientific theory, to bridging the gap between modern psychology and ancient yoga philosophy, practical tips for sustainable eating, and an extensive nurturing yoga practice suitable for everyone, regardless of your individual previous yoga experience.

How does an online workshop work?

All you need to participate is a device with internet access and a quiet place for you and your yoga mat. The online workshops take place via ZOOM, a streaming service app that allows you to take part in the individual modules from home undisturbed. You are free to decide whether you want to join the interactive courses on your desktop computer, laptop or mobile device. You can download the free Zoom app from the App Store, Google Play or onto your laptop. Feel free to familiarize yourself with the ZOOM App in advance so that we can start together on the day of the workshop in a relaxed manner. In this video you will also find step-by-step instructions for the installation and I recommend that you do the test run offered by ZOOM.

If you have any questions about the workshop or the online process, please use the contact form to get in touch with me.
