Franziska suffered from an eating disorder for more than a decade. After undergoing different types of therapy without much change to her disease, she felt left alone. It was in 2012, when she really hit a low, that she felt drawn to a Yoga mat. Without any idea about the practice, she followed her intuition. Little did she know that this practice was the beginning of a life changing experience. Franziska slowly regained faith and started trusting in her ability to heal her painful relationship with food. A journey of healing that she is passionate to pass on.
