However the signs of eating disorders vary from subtle to more severe, an emotional imbalance is a common ground for most of these food-related issues.

From her own experience, Franziska understood that in many cases a change in diet or meeting a psychotherapist on a regular basis alone doesn’t result in the desired recovery. However, it is crucial to reach out and seek professional help, integrating the practice of Yoga can have a huge impact on the journey towards recovery. Practicing Yoga on a regular basis has helped Franziska to let go a decade-long conditioning of binging and purging.
